Most Minneapolis residential remediation jobs take 2–5 days from containment setup to final clearance testing. Small jobs (single bathroom or closet) can be completed in a day. Whole-home or large basement projects can run 1–2 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline in writing before starting.

For most jobs, no. We seal off the work area with plastic containment and run HEPA-filtered negative air machines so spores don't spread. For large jobs or sensitive occupants (infants, immunocompromised), we may recommend temporary relocation, your safety always comes first.

Insurance usually covers mold when it's caused by a sudden, covered event, like a burst pipe or roof leak. Slow leaks and humidity-related mold are often excluded. We document the cause and damage thoroughly so your adjuster has everything needed to approve the claim.
